Please note: that all rates included in the quarterly tables up to 3rd Quarter 2013 are based on the population figures which were available prior to the rebasing exercise on 17 December 2013. The rebased population figures were not incorporated into the quarterly tables until the 4th Quarter 2013, published on 13th March 2014.
