Life expectancy at birth by local authorities in the United Kingdom 1991-1993 to 2002-2004 was previously produced and published by the Office for National Statistics (ONS) on their website.

Healthy Life Expectancy

Prior to 2018, information on HLE was published by the Information and Statistics Division (ISD) of the NHS. Historic life expectancy data and further information about recent mortality trends are available on the website of the Scottish Public Health Observatory (ScotPHO).”
