Background

In addition to the main mid-year population estimates, National Records of Scotland also produces estimates for persons aged 90 and over.

Population Estimates for Scottish Centenarians
Population estimates by single year of age for 90 to 104 and 105+ at Scotland level.

Sub-national Population Estimates for ages 90 and over
Population estimates by single year of age for 90 to 99 and 100+ by council area.
